1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in Patriot Heart Readiness training programs, participating in events, or using our services (including online education and SMS communications), you agree to these Terms of Service. You also acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with firearms instruction, emergency response simulations, or physical training.

2. Services Provided

Firearms & Tactical Training

We provide instruction on safe firearm handling, defensive shooting techniques, tactical awareness, and related subjects. Participants must comply with all safety protocols and instructor direction at all times.

Online Learning Modules

Supplemental digital content may be provided to enhance in-person instruction. Online modules do not replace live training unless explicitly stated.

Readiness & Emergency Preparedness

We offer preparedness coaching, scenario-based drills, and safety planning for individuals, families, and organizations.

Certification Programs

Some courses may include certification upon completion. These may have expiration dates and renewal requirements. Certifications are not a substitute for professional licensure unless clearly indicated.

3. Participant Responsibilities

Participants must:

Submit accurate and current health and emergency contact information.

Follow all safety protocols and directions from instructors.

Notify us of any health conditions that may affect participation.

Use firearms and training tools safely and responsibly.

Maintain confidentiality of training materials and scenarios.

Complete all required pre-screenings, assessments, or waivers.

4. Assumption of Risk

By participating in any of our training services, you understand and accept the risks, which may include:

Physical injury from hands-on activities or live-fire simulations.

Emotional stress from scenario-based training.

Misuse or misapplication of techniques learned.

Cardiovascular or musculoskeletal strain from physical exertion.

5. Medical & Fitness Disclaimer

All participants are responsible for obtaining medical clearance before participating. Patriot Heart Readiness is not liable for pre-existing health conditions or injuries that may worsen during training.

6. Certification & Continuing Education

Completion of a course and issuance of certification does not guarantee performance in real-world conditions. Continued practice and education are essential for skill retention.

7. Payment & Refund Policy

Full payment is required to secure your course spot.

Refunds may be issued if requested at least 48 hours before training begins.

Transfers to a future session are allowed with a 24-hour advance request.

No refunds for no-shows, partial completions, or voluntary withdrawals.

8. Limitation of Liability

Patriot Heart Readiness is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that result from your participation in our training. Your involvement is voluntary and at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All course content, training materials, and methodologies are the intellectual property of Patriot Heart Readiness. You may not reproduce, record, distribute, or repurpose any of our materials without prior written consent.

10. Termination of Participation

We reserve the right to terminate participation for:

Safety violations

Disruptive behavior

Non-compliance with instructor directions

Failure to meet course standards

No refunds will be issued in these cases.
